To recommend and lead the development and execution of quantitative Analysis. To provide technical direction, program leadership, and Coordination of efforts among work groups in the analysis of operations, Major company/corporate projects and proposals including strategic capital And operating expenditures. This position will work closely with IT development teams to lead the AGILE development process from the business perspective.

Skills Considered a PLUS:

  • Strong understanding of AGILE methodologies
  • Strong leadership capabilities

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline or related field. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Significant experience in finance, marketing, business planning, engineering planning, information systems consulting, project management or similar quantitative business analysis. Knowledge of micro/macroeconomics and financial, strategic marketing theories /techniques (market research, strategic models), industrial engineering/ planning theory, computer science/information systems theories/techniques, or project management best practices. Knowledge of computer languages, computer database or information systems development. Strong quantitative/data analysis skills, business planning/analysis and requirements definition skills or information systems development. Strong analytical, project management, human relations, and communication skills.
