To provide assistance to customers on delivery information and resolutions to service complaints; to communicate with customers experiencing service or delivery problems and to resolve the problems to the customer's satisfaction through researching, monitoring package movement through to delivery, and/or providing the necessary remedy to the customer's complaint.

Network: Trace
Call Center Hours of Operation - Monday- Saturday; 7:00AM-8:00PM CST
Start Date of Position - Monday, November 11, 2019 (Additional Start Dates may become available)
Training Dates for Position - Up to 6 Weeks
Shift Hours for the Position - Shift may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service.

Pittsburg, PA

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Four (4) years experience in a heavy customer contact environment. Must possess good PC skills and a thorough knowledge of windows based applications. Strong written and oral (telephone) communication skills. Willingness to work different shifts and weekends/holidays based on business needs. Ability to work variable shifts.
