To provide in-bound and out-bound assistance to customers regarding package Inquires, problems and selling company services.
Call Center Hours of Operation - Monday- Saturday; 7:00AM-8:00PM CST
Start Date of Position - November 11, 2019 (Additional Start Dates may become available)
Training Dates for Position - Up to 6 Weeks
Shift Hours for the Position - Shifts may be assigned anytime between the hours of operation and are bid and based on company continuous service.
For this role, the shift may be 11:30AM - 8:00PM, however, this is subject to change.
High school diploma/GED. No previous experience required. PC ability, verbal and writing skills. Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.
Relocation Assistance is not available.
