Plan, organize, staff, direct and control activities ensuring accurate, timely And consistent implementation of revenue processes. responsible for Identifying and resolving customer inquiries. develops and monitors work Standards, controls and enhancements to revenue systems and processes in an Effort to eliminate billing/cash application errors and resulting revenue Leakage. establishes customized invoicing services based on customer requirements.


Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent. Four (4) years related business experience including two (2) years invoicing/automated billing, pricing, accounting, finance, or in a corporate customer contact environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze business problems and participate in the development and implementation of effective solutions. Strong basic management, analytical, human relations, and communication skills.
