Serve as a single point of contact for package resolution resulting in a matched package or providing the customer with the appropriate disposition/resolution, including  Tracing, Researching and Claims Disposition, to the missing package.  Using higher level methods, effectively use the internet and other resources to research shipments.  Responsible for providing assistance to customers by utilizing various platforms, such as phone, email and various FedEx communication channels.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED/equivalent.  Minimum of three (3) years experience in a heavy customer contact environment.  Typing proficiency and general knowledge of computers. Ability to effectively use scan, trace, tracking, claims, shipping and inventory systems to research and respond to shipment search inquiries.  Good communications (oral and written), human relations and internet skills.  Works well under stress and able to organize, prioritize, and process multiple tasks.  Ability to work variable shifts and weekends/holidays.
