Minimum Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent. Student has completed at least two year toward college degree. Enrollment as undergraduate or graduate student in business, communications, finance, economics, education learning and organizational development, instructional design, marketing, supply chain management, computer science, engineering, science, technology, information systems, mathematics, data analytics or other related major.


Job Specific Information:
Full-time internship opportunity available in the Memphis, TN area from June 2019 to August 2019.

Under close supervision, the successful candidate will assist with research, analysis, recommendations and prioritization of Corporate Sales initiatives including education, communication, events, programs, and processes. Responsibilities may include analytics, project management, research and report development, documenting processes/procedures and recommending process improvements.
• Knowledge of sales, analytics, business processes, and management practices
• Customer service orientation
• Strong project management, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Excellent oral and written communications
• Ability to coordinate activities while handling short-term issues
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with multiple deadlines
• Currently enrolled undergraduate at junior year or above or graduate student majoring in Business, Project Planning, Communications, Education, Leadership Learning, Human and Organizational Learning, Organizational Development, Data Analysis, Learning Analytics, Instructional Design, Curriculum Design, Corporate Learning, or other related discipline
• Ideally, a student should be graduating within 12 months of completing the internship and available for full-time employment

Expected Internship Program Timeline
• Interviews typically occur October-January.
• Offers are typically extended October-February.
• Internship occurs early June-mid-August.
