To develop global data strategy and analysis for the customer services division to drive customer interaction support, customer segmentation, personalization and overall CRM capabilities. To provide department support In developing/defining appropriate metrics to measure results against. To provide analysis to identify problem areas and opportunity for improvement. To conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve performance of people, processes, and technology across the customer services division.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business, finance, statistics, engineering or related quantitative discipline. Five (5) years experience in business analysis, financial analysis, computer modeling or simulation and professional planning. Knowledge of 4gl, client/server and browser-based reporting and analytics tools. Strong knowledge of systems and operations. Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
