Lead in the design, development, implementation of high complex enterprise-wide back office financial systems, including but not limited to systems supporting: human resources, finance, payroll, accounting and reporting. Responsibilities include leadership of large cross-OpCo project teams, developing project plans, maintaining project budgets, leading research and documentation of business requirements in the review of existing and proposed applications for enterprise-wide systems and databases with technical expertise and outstanding project management efficiency. Communicates governance and support policies to all levels of staff and management. Develop and presents executive level communications on a routine base with senior level authority.
Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
- Experience in one or more programming languages.
- Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Windows Server, SQL, Data Science, Data Warehousing is a plus.
This position will be domiciled in Collierville, TN. Relocation assistance is available for this position.
Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, accounting, information technology or related field. Six (6) years experience in financial systems analysis, planning, accounting, audit or operational analysis. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. Outstanding project management skills. Expert with business software, multidimensional databases, web technologies, scripting languages in a business environment. Outstanding quantitative business problem solving skills and leadership abilities. Excellent organizational/time management and planning skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.
