To respond to incoming calls, via an ACD system, regarding resolution of past due accounts.

Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma/GED. Three (3) years general office experience in an automated environment. Experience in credit and collections or customer contact is strongly required. Good typing and communication skills.

Domicile / Relocation Information:
This position will be located in Pittsburgh, PA. Relocation assistance is not available.
