Provides leadership on large project/program efforts that support TechConnect strategies and executive management. Works with cross-functional teams to facilitate and assist in the prioritization of projects, relationship of the projects to business needs and communication of information, both internally and externally.
Preferred experience includes:
- Mergers and acquisitions system and process integration strategies
- FedEx and TNT Revenue systems and processes
- Coordination across global teams for highly visible programs / projects
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, or related discipline. Eight (8) years or more of work experience in customer service/revenue /technical operations fields, analytical/quantitative business, computer modeling, or project management. Expert in field. Demonstrated experience in leading major corporate initiatives. Knowledge and experience in advanced financial/statistical modeling techniques, query/database tools and approaches demonstrated ability to lead people and/or executive level project/programs. Has proven ability to design, develop and implement projects, programs, solutions, and process improvements from concept to successful implementation.
