To provide a single point of contact in revenue operations for sales related, credit card company and high dollar adjustment requests. To assist and ensure the resolution of complex customer account issues, concerns and/or procedures through troubleshooting, extensive research and analysis. To balance and maintain bank deposit and check request records.
High school diploma/GED. Four (4) years invoicing or customer service experience or four years experience in a corporate customer contact environment using extensive troubleshooting and problem solving skills. One year experience as a customer account services agent. Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Some travel may be required.
