Under close supervision, assists in the design, development and implementation of quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Uses computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis. Participates in the development of recommendations for moderately complex sales/customer opportunities and internal processes.

Position Information
This team is responsible for developing and managing the Incentive Compensation System for Sales, creating meaningful partnerships with IT and managing our global sales compensation processes.

Responsibilities of this position include
Key contributor to analyzing business problems of medium to high complexity and preparing relevant recommendations for management. Develops tools and reports to analyze business situations including performance, strategies and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Demonstrates competence in data querying to include SQL and/or PL/SQL.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field. Analytical skills, including quantitative business problem solving. Working knowledge of current technology tools/advances and database/analytical tools. Good interpersonal skills. Good written and oral communication skills.
