FedEx Services is seeking qualified applicants for IT Audit positions at all levels within the Internal Audit division. Your application to this posting may potentially be considered for multiple positions within this group. Applicants will be considered on a rolling basis as positions become available.​

Job Description:

Execute audits, advisory, and other special projects in fulfillment of the information systems audit business plan as part of a global IT audit team. Potential for frequent extended North American and International travel.

Associate

  • Operates under close supervision from manager
  • Technical knowledge related to information systems or ability and willingness to learn

Auditor
  • Operates under general supervision from manager
  • Familiar with disaster recovery planning; application and system development lifecycles; physical and operational security controls automated assessment tools and reporting, and security management best practices.
  • Ability to lead small projects.

Senior
  • Operates under limited supervision from managers.
  • Project management/lead experience.
  • Knowledge of diverse computing environments and architecture.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning; application and system development lifecycles; physical and operational security controls automated assessment tools and reporting, or security management best practices.
  • Assists in the development of less senior staff.
  • Prepares formal reports of results and recommended resolutions for distribution to executive management.

Advisor
  • Operates under limited supervision from managers.
  • Project management and lead experience with complex projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of diverse computing environments and architecture.
  • Experience with disaster recovery planning; application and system development lifecycles; physical and operational security controls automated assessment tools and reporting, or security management best practices.
  • Assists in the development of less senior staff.
  • Prepares formal reports of results and recommended resolutions for distribution to executive management.
  • Assists in the development of solutions for complex issues and problems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong human relations, analytical, and oral and written communications skills.
  • Knowledge of COBIT and other IT control standards and practices.
  • Experience in CAAT applications using ACL, SQL, MS Access, or MS Excel.
  • Position level commensurate with experience. 

Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
Certifications: CPA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, PMP, CCSA

Domicile / Relocation Information:
These positions will be located in Memphis, Tennessee. Relocation assistance is available.
