Responsible for inputting settlement events into the CDAS system, reviewing settlement information in CDAS, and other administrative tasks within the settlement department
1. Input manual entries into CDAS from information provided from service centers and vendors
2. Monitor department inbox and process incoming messages timely and according to departmental procedures
3. Process settlement deductions in CDAS to ensure accurate payments to Cartage and Contractors
4. Perform clerical duties to ensure that files are maintained
5. Assist Settlement Supervisor with adjustments in CDAS
6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
7. Perform other duties as required

• High School diploma, required
• Two (2) years numerical data entry experience, required
• Transportation, administrative or other related experience, preferred
• Ability to multi-tasked
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
