Description
Assists the Corporate Aviation operations manager in developing long-range and short-notice operational plans. Oversees the execution and operational control of timely, safe, secure, and professional worldwide transportation for the executive management team and other authorized personnel.
Essential Functions
• Manages daily aircraft schedules to ensure the Corporate Aviation team meets passenger requirements with minimal disruptions
• Builds each monthly crew schedule in accordance with the Corporate Aviation Flight Operations Manual and Part 91 regulations
• Manages and builds all worldwide international trip requests based on request, crew duty, aircraft limitations, airport & airspace requirements, and any other applicable country regulations
• Ensure crew and passengers have all valid documentation required for each specific international location
• Run safety and risk analysis for each trip and mitigate any issues that arise
• Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, aviation, transportation or other related areas
- FAA-issued aircraft dispatcher license required
Minimum Experience:
- Seven (7) years of experience in planning, directing or scheduling of corporate aviation or airline aircrews and/or aircraft
- Dispatch and/or aircraft or aircrew scheduling experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of FAR’s 91 and NTSB Part 830
- Knowledge of international regulations and ICAO weather and ability to read/interpret weather reports/charts.
- Ability to read/interpret NOTAMS.
- Strong planning and organization skills required
- Excellent human relations, customer service and communication skills required
Job Conditions:
- Non covered safety-sensitive position
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
Preferred Qualifications: May be required to work variable shifts to include nights & weekends.
