General Summary


The HR Associate role provides support to the organization related to hourly recruiting, onboarding new hires, processing unemployment claims, scheduling performance management training, acting as a partner with employees and Leadership, reporting HR metrics, as well as assisting with all other related HR projects and initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities


1. Schedules, prepares, and facilitates the logistics for new employee orientation and onboarding.
2. Provides administration and assistance in all HR areas in regards to policies, procedures and programs.
3. Assist with resolving employees’ HR-related questions and issues.
4. Advise HR leadership of potential HR-related issues and recommend and implement solutions as appropriate.
5. Answer basic functional questions and refers more complex HR matters to appropriate resources.
6. Assist with reviewing employee relations concerns and providing information and recommendations to HR leadership.
7. Assist the HR team and management with strengthening and enhancing the company’s HR programs, policies, and processes.
8. Administer aspects of new employee orientations and trainings.
9. Administer hourly recruiting, sourcing, and screening.
10. Maintain job files and ensures proper dispositioning of all applicants.
11. Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with record retention policy.
12. Administer the performance management program according to design reviews.
13. Prepare and respond to unemployment claims.
14. Enhance, conduct, and/or assist with the administration of the company’s internal training programs to align with long term HR goals and objectives.
15. Prepare HR reports pursuant to government and management requirements.

Vous ferez partie de l’équipe des ressources humaines située à Coteau-Du-Lac près de Vaudreuil-Dorion et relèverez de la directrice nationale. À titre de professionnel en ressources humaines, vous serez un partenaire clé  pour les employés de même que pour atteindre les objectifs des ressources humaines de l’organisation. 


Sommaire des fonctions


L'associé ressources humaines offre du soutien et support pour les embauches, les journées d'accueil,  gestion des demandes pour l'assurance emploi, gestion des évaluations des employés horaires, support au PARH et gestionnaire avec divers rapports et projets collectifs


Responsabilités


1. Prépare l'ensemble du processus d'accueil des nouveaux employés.

2. Offre un soutien à la gestion des politiques, procédures et programmes.

3. Participe à la gestion de dossiers de relation de travail.

4. Escalade divers enjeux ressources humaines aux gestionnaires et propose des solutions.

5. Supporte les employes avec des questions simples de ressources humaines et réfère les questions complexes aux Partenaire d'Affaires ressources humaines.

6. Participe à la révision de préoccupations  des employés et escalade au gestionnaire ressources humaines s'il y a lieu

7. Supporte le déployment et l'application des politiques et procedures.

8.  Coordonne et deploy la formation des nouveaux employés.

9. Coordonne et deploy le recrutement, les entrevues et les embauches.

10. Maintien la gestion  de recrutement selon les obligations d'audit.

11. Maintien les dossiers d'employés selon les politiques internes.

12.Prepare  et répond au demandes de fin d'emploi.

13. Deploy, offre ou supporte l'administration des programmes corporatifs pour maintenir un alignement avec les objectifs RH.

14. Prepare différent rapports 



Education/Experience


1. Bachelor’s degree preferred; human resources or related discipline preferred, in lieu of degree 2/4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.

2. PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent certification preferred.

3. Strong knowledge of HR-related best practices, government regulations and industry standards.

4. Familiarity with  HR related  provincial regulations required.

5. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resources Information Systems strongly preferred.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. French is mandatory for this position

7. Customer service driven.

8. Strong team player.


Education /Experience

1- Bachalaureat souhaité avec 2-4 années d'expérience

2- Membre de l'ordre un atout

3-Connaissances des meilleures pratiques RH et des standards de l'industrie

4- Connaissances des lois provinciales

5- Connaissances des outils Microsoft office 

6- Excellentes habiletes de communication.  Le Francais est essentiel pour ce poste

7- Approche service client 

8- Approche équipe de travail essentiel
