General Summary….

The primary responsibilities of this position will be to provide advanced administrative support to the executive leadership. The Executive Assistant will work closely with senior staff to maintain a current understanding of our business trends, goals, metrics, and polices.


This position will be responsible for…..

  • Providing all required administrative support to senior executive and staff.
  • Utilizing Outlook to maintain calendar, contact lists, scheduling/changing meetings and travel.
  • Coordinating company-wide activities (Employee Appreciation Day, Service Awards, etc.) that will require communicating across more than 90 locations in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Scheduling and coordinating on-site and off-site meetings.
  • Assist with presentations for meetings, preparing PowerPoint and other presentation materials as required.
  • Handling confidential and proprietary materials.
  • Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Administering policies and procedures in conjunction with management. 

You might be a great fit if….

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred and minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience.
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office applications including: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with database entry, running and distribution of reports, compiling data to produce reports
  • Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work in a deadline driven environment
  • Customer service driven
  • Strong team player
