As Data analyst in Air Network Performance team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the global cargo network by leveraging data-driven insights. You will lead performance analysis, support strategic planning, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance network efficiency, profitability, and service quality across all air network operations.

Key responsibilities:

Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
o Track and analyze network KPIs including load factors, yield performance, OTP, and capacity utilization.
o Identify underperforming routes and recommend corrective actions or optimization strategies.
o Develop dashboards and reports for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Operations, and Ground Handling teams to align network performance with customer demand and operational capabilities.
o Participate in cross-departmental projects to improve cargo flow, reduce transit times, and enhance service reliability.

Data & Process Improvement:
o Lead initiatives to improve data quality, automate reporting, and enhance analytical tools.
o Support the integration of AI/ML models for forecasting and performance prediction.

Stakeholder Engagement:
o Prepare and present performance reviews to internal stakeholders and external partners.
o Support contract performance reviews with third-party service providers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Data Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in cargo airline operations, network planning, or performance analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience with cargo revenue management systems and airline scheduling tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with cross-cultural teams.
