What You'll Be Doing

As a Courier, you'll be the face of FedEx, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

• Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling activities
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing the FedEx brand professionally
• Accurately scanning, tracking and managing consignments
• Completing delivery documentation and operational activities
• Working collaboratively with depot teams to achieve daily service commitments
• Following safety procedures and ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx operational standards

What We're Looking For

• Full Australian working rights
• Valid MR (Medium Rigid) Licence
• Clean driving history with a maximum of 6 demerit points in the last 3 years
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
• Positive, customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous delivery, transport or logistics experience highly regarded
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical duties as required

You must also be able to successfully complete:

• Criminal history check
• Drug and alcohol screening
• Driving assessment
• Medical and fitness assessment
