Steps in the hiring process may differ based on the job you’re applying to, but here is a general road map.
01 Find your fit. Browse opportunities.
Browse jobs at your convenience, reviewing job descriptions for positions that suit your skills and interests. If you find an opportunity that matches what you’ve done or want to do, go for it and apply!

02 Put your name in the hat. Apply online.
Make sure you have a resume that summarizes your work experience, education, training, skills, internships, and applicable certifications. Do a bit of homework about FedEx and the job you’re interested in to make sure your resume is relevant.
03 Shine when you meet with us. Interview.
Some of our jobs will require you to participate in an interview process, which will be via phone, video, or in-person. We understand interviewing can be stressful, and we want you to do well.
04 Land the job. Receive the offer.
If you are selected to join us, you will receive a job offer, including compensation and benefits.
05 Get set up for success. Participate in onboarding.
When you start, you will be welcomed and guided by your manager through on-the-job training and introductory courses and tools. We tailor our core new team member orientation to best fit your individual responsibilities and your local workplace. Your onboarding also covers topics such as safety, security, compliance, sustainability, and DEI. After orientation, our FedEx Learning Center is available to you with more than 25,000 online courses to enable a more efficient and convenient learning experience.
