Ship to Collect (STC); GCI; Credit & Collections; Disputes; Cash Applications; Billing

The Customer Finance Services Representative will support endtoend Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for assigned markets, including credit management, collections, billing, and dispute handling. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Perform credit assessments for new and existing customers in accordance with company credit policies 

  • Conduct Accounts Receivable followups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collection 

  • Manage invoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolution 

  • Support billing activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where required 

  • Handle other ARrelated customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner 

  • Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve AR issues professionally 

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolution 

  • Act as a team player, actively contributing to operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality through clear and effective communication 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Businesslevel proficiency in Thai with the ability to communicate confidently with customers via phone and email 

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Detailoriented with good analytical and problemsolving abilities 

  • Fast learner, proactive self-starter, strong multitasker, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments 

  • Ability to work in a regional, multicultural environment 

  • Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Customer Finance Services is preferred 

  • Education: Secondary education (O’Level or Form 5) or equivalent
    Experience: Three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
