Domicile Information:

This is a hybrid position located in Plano, TX or Pittsburgh, PA or Memphis, TN. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Under general supervision, develop cyber-intelligence solutions to prevent internal or external attacks or attempts to infiltrate company email, data, e-commerce and web-based systems.

Essential Functions

About the Role- Supports technologies deployed across application, network/perimeter, data, endpoint, identity & access, and mobility domains. Researches attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security and designs countermeasures. Provides information to management regarding the negative impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration or denial of access to information and systems. Assists in the research of attempted or successful efforts to compromise systems security. Perform other duties as assigned.

Support day-to-day SailPoint IdentityIQ/ISC IAM operations.
Manage identity lifecycle activities, including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and account updates.
Support access certifications and reviews, including monitoring, validation, remediation, and escalation.
Perform routine monitoring and validation to ensure IAM processes complete successfully.
Troubleshoot IAM issues and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or technical leads.
Support SailPoint application onboarding, aggregation, correlation, and provisioning activities.
Assist with IAM integrations involving Active Directory, Workday, LDAP, APIs, and enterprise applications.
Support audit, SOX, compliance, and cybersecurity control activities and provide required evidence.
Execute established SOPs, operational procedures, and change processes consistently.
Maintain accurate documentation, job aids, and operational procedures.
Perform data validation and reconciliation to identify access or identity discrepancies.
Participate in testing for SailPoint enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and production changes.
Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail when handling access and security-related activities.
Collaborate with IAM, Cybersecurity, Application, Infrastructure, Audit, and business teams.
Develop increasing technical expertise in SailPoint, IAM governance, and cybersecurity controls.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

General knowledge of hardware, software, and network.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Minimum Experience

Two (2) years of experience in IT information security.

Plano, TX: $6,854.33 / mo - $9,081.99 / mo

Pittsburgh, PA: $6,854.33 / mo - $9,081.99 / mo

Memphis, TN: $6,511.62 / mo - $8,627.89 / mo
