As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions that align with company strategy. You own complex product domains or capabilities, deeply understand customer pain points, and translate strategy into a clear roadmap with measurable outcomes. You operate with autonomy and are trusted to drive results across teams.

Essential Functions

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical product area or customer journey
  • Lead discovery work—customer interviews, competitive research, and data analysis—to identify opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build and launch solutions
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate feature success and inform iteration
  • Drive prioritization across competing demands and communicate rationale clearly to stakeholders
  • Influence cross-functional leaders and executives to gain buy-in on product direction
  • Mentor junior PMs and support organizational learning and best practices

Location Details:

This position is eligible for remote work and may be located anywhere within the United States excluding AK, HI and U.S. territories, however if you live within the 50 miles radius of a campus you will be required to work at a FedEx campus location several times per week.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, and lifecycle management for high-scale API products, platforms, or enterprise integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer, business, and developer requirements into scalable platform capabilities and prioritized product roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end API product offerings, including API contracts, schemas, developer experience, documentation, versioning, backward compatibility, and lifecycle governance.
  • Proven track record of working as an AI-native Product Manager and identifying opportunities to incorporate AI, GenAI, and agentic capabilities into digital products and platforms.
  • Skilled in defining and delivering agent-ready capabilities that enable AI agents to securely discover, access, and interact with enterprise data and services.
  • Strong partnership skills with Engineering and Architecture teams, with the ability to influence API design, scalability, security, authentication, authorization, performance, resiliency, and technical trade-off decisions.
  • Expertise in establishing and monitoring product success metrics, including adoption, transaction volume, availability, latency, error rates, data quality, reliability, and operational performance.
  • Demonstrated use of customer insights, analytics, experimentation, and quantitative data to identify opportunities, address product gaps, and prioritize investments.
  • Experience managing high-scale, mission-critical APIs, API platforms, developer platforms, or related technical products.
  • Proven ability to work deeply with cross-functional technical teams and make informed product decisions involving complex architectural and engineering considerations.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI products, agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or developing APIs, tools, and platforms designed for AI agents is strongly preferred.

 



Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Experience

  • 4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate communication, and drive execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation, market research, and business case analysis.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive-level presentations.
