The Program Manager II will apply their expertise across all five pillars of the vendor lifecycle—Risk, Performance, Sustainability & Diversity, Innovation & Automation, and Training—to provide standardized frameworks, tools, and processes that ensure value, mitigate risk, and drive sustainable performance across our global operations.

Essential Functions

  • Vendor Risk Management: Supports the deployment of the enterprise vendor risk framework, providing business teams with the standardized tools and processes needed to conduct risk assessments and manage compliance. Facilitates the use of central monitoring tools to provide visibility into third-party risk.
  • Vendor Performance Management: Supports the enterprise vendor performance management framework. Enables business teams and contract owners by providing standardized toolkits, such as KPI scorecard templates and QBR agendas, to effectively measure and manage vendor performance and commercial delivery.
  • Sustainability and Diversity: Supports the integration of corporate sustainability and diversity goals into the vendor management lifecycle. Provides guidance and frameworks to ensure Sourcing and Business teams can incorporate these criteria into vendor selection and management.
  • Innovation and Automation: Identifies opportunities and supports the implementation of technologies (e.g., AI, process automation) that simplify and standardize vendor management processes for all stakeholders, enhancing enterprise-wide visibility and efficiency.
  • Training and Enablement: Assists in developing and delivering training programs that equip Sourcing and Business teams with the knowledge to effectively use vendor management tools, platforms, and best practices as defined by the enterprise framework.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Works collaboratively with internal stakeholders—including Sourcing, Legal, IT, and various Business teams—to ensure the clear, consistent, and effective adoption of the enterprise vendor management program.
  • Process Improvement: Supports the continuous improvement of the vendor management framework, helping to develop and implement process roadmaps that deliver measurable gains in governance, quality, and efficiency.

  • Direct experience partnering with Sourcing, Legal, Information Security, and Corporate Finance teams.
  • Professional credentials such as PMP, Certified Third-Party Risk Professional (CTPRP), or Certified Vendor Management Professional (CVPM

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.

Four (4) years of work experience in program/project management, business process design, vendor management governance, or business enablement.

Experience in supporting the rollout of enterprise-wide processes, training, or tools is highly preferred.

Prior exposure to procurement, sourcing, or supply chain environments is a plus, but not required. An advanced degree may offset some of the experience requirement.
