Full Stack Developer Advisor

Description

• Designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle.
• Provides the necessary documentation.
• Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages.
• Designs software code using multiple programming languages. Tests newly developed software code.
• Documents code per the company’s processes.
• Mentors those in less senior positions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week.  

Requirements

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus 2 years qualifying work experience in information technology or an engineering environment. As an equivalent alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study plus 4 years qualifying work experience in information technology or an engineering environment. 

The position requires experience with:  

• Front-end and back-end development within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) utilizing AEM’s required technologies/programming languages: Sling, JCR, OSGi, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Redux JSON, Polyfills;  
• Managing complex Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Multi-site Manager (MSM) structures to enable content for multiple countries and languages with minimal publishing efforts;
• Creating and supporting AEM custom workflows, templates and components including analysis, design, coding and testing;
• Integrating AEM with APIs and/or third party connectors;
• Developing and executing unit tests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements. This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN and candidates must live within a 50 mile radius. This position is hybrid, meaning that employees will be required to work at a FedEx office location up to several times per week. *Employer will accept one (1) year of directly related experience in lieu of one (1) year of education.*
