HKP079: Senior Analyst, Ocean Product

Description

To manage the tender process and develop suggested selling proposals in the region, with the objective of supporting Corporate growth and initiatives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

• Manage tender process.
• Develop and maintain the pricing database for ocean products.
• Develop pricing processes and guidelines, provide systems requirements and ensure system implementation.
• Maintain current database of Ocean carriers’ service contracts, strengths/weakness matrix and overall service performance.
• Ocean freight procurement and negotiation with service providers.
• Additional projects and duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Business Administration, Logistics Studies or related discipline.

Experience & knowledge:

• At least 5 years’ work experience in MNC freight forwarders
• Allocation management experience on TPEB trade is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical, problem-solving and strong organization skills.
• Good at making timelines and multi-tasking.

Attribute:

• Good command of English and Chinese.
