Description

• The Apprentice will support pricing and quotation activities under supervision, ensuring timely and accurate customer proposals.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES   

  • Assist in preparing customer quotes and pricing proposals for Air and Ocean services.
  • Support compilation and coordination of RFQs in line with internal pricing guidelines.
  • Help maintain and update pricing data, including rates and surcharges.
  • Assist with basic reporting and data compilation for pricing and revenue tracking.
  • Support documentation of pricing processes and system requirements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Revenue teams to share pricing information and resolve basic queries.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE

Academic:

  • General Graduate or Diploma holder in Logistics Management is preferable

Experience & knowledge:

  • Good command of written and spoken English, local language

Attribute:

  • Hardworking, able to work independently
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills
