LM538:Employee Solutions Analyst

Description

Involves completing detailed analysis of complex data, systems or ideas and providing reports and recommendations. May also involve day-to-day data management in company software applications.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides the Employee Solutions Contact Center with daily operational support including systems issues, reporting and analysis, training, communication, and call and case monitoring.

- Identify and execute process improvement efforts and provide support to larger Contact Center expansion projects with little supervision to ensure productivity improvements through the measurement and analysis of operations.
 
 Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
 
- Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, accounting, finance or related field.
 
Minimum Experience
 
- Two (2) years experience in project management, analysis and reporting, financial planning, business consulting, process improvement or operational analysis required.
