LM859: Manager Sourcing & Procurement

Description

Involves management responsibility for a team of people or a specific location(s) within the business. Management responsibilities include disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.

This position manages and leads a team of professionals in support of enterprise-wide global sourcing initiatives.

Essential Functions
Responsibilities include Corporate strategic planning, analysis, process/project management development, system support, creating and implementing the most effective short- and long-term global sourcing strategies, and managing complex negotiations with third parties.
Responsible for creating long and short-term strategies that align with corporate goals and produce the most cost-effective solutions.
Responsible for the development of professionals while creating an innovative and effective organization in support of Company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in science / arts or equivalent in business analysis, strategic management, marketing, or other analytical field; degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred.

Minimum Experience
Six (6) years professional business experience in analytical/quantitative sourcing activities across multiple complex categories, including program or project management roles. A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements. Proven leadership experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Outstanding human relations, negotiating and communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to interact effectively with senior leadership. Excellent analytical, process/project management skills. Ability to innovate and produce high quality results and sourcing solutions across multiple categories on a consistent basis.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• ServiceNow: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a business, procurement, or enterprise technology environment.
• Oracle FCF: Experience working with Oracle FCF ( Fusion Cloud Procurement )and understanding its application within enterprise Source to Pay processes.

• Strong understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms and digital transformation programs.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology priorities, system enhancements, and delivery plans.
• Experience managing technology roadmaps, prioritizing enhancements, and coordinating with IT delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, Procurement, and Technology teams.
• Understanding of process improvement, automation, data analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, connecting system performance and process efficiency to measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading a team of specialists and managing multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the digital procurement ecosystem across the Source to Pay process.
• Define and manage technology roadmaps in partnership with Digital & Technology.
• Translate business needs into prioritized system requirements and align enhancements with business value, compliance, automation, and data quality.
• Coordinate system design, testing, deployment, and benefits realization.
• Drive platform adoption, monitor system usage, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Lead initiatives involving AI, process mining, benchmarking, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, improve controls, and enhance operational efficiency.
