Mgr Sales

Description

Achieves assigned district goals through the effective management of a sales team. Plans, executes and oversees sales activities.

Essential Functions

• Provide daily leadership and guidance in the areas of training, coaching and development.
• Call on selected accounts with sales representatives.
• Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years experience in commercial/ industrial sales, or two (2) years sales management.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Domicile: This position will be domiciled in the Dallas, TX / Plano, TX area. Other surrounding locations will be considered.

The candidate must be domiciled within 50 miles of the listed sales territory.

Pay Transparency:

Pay: Minimum: $8,766.00 /mo.
Maximum: $12,800.00 /mo.
