Office Administrator

Shift
The primary responsibility of the Office Administrator is to perform complex administrative duties following established procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide support to the facility by performing general clerical and administrative duties.
- Input employees into the biometric clock system and resolve related technical issues.
- Manage miscellaneous functions such as updating employee bulletin boards, coordinating special activities, newsletters, and other programs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly statistical reports as requested.
- Ensure records are maintained with prescribed documentation in compliance with company policies and practices.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Support invoicing and expense report submission processes as needed.
- Assist the General Manager with administration of corporate programs (e.g., DOT tracking, safety investigations, compliance).
Education / Experience
- High school diploma or GED required, with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy; able to work well under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.
