JOB DESCRIPTION
Under limited supervision, define processes, and create project level architectures for specific applications. Working with business and data architects, evaluate products and projects to ensure congruency with strategic initiatives and industry trends and provide technical advice to resolve production problems.
- Requirements:
- Liaison to our business architect to implement, and support IP-based call canter solutions.
- Good understanding of technical architecture and physical design of the network.
- Analyse the existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions.
- Participate in various projects intended to continually improve/upgrade converge of Telephony platform.
- Provide day-to-day support for incidents, including managing and resolving problems and implementing change management processes.
- in debugging, troubleshooting of IP signalling traffic flows, Wireshark log with a focus on analysing SIP headers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance system and application performance, including automating manual system tasks.
- Provide expertise API Integration and Data flows.
- Have ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Tactical - Keeping your own Core Development Skills honed/practiced (10%-40%).
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.
- Twelve 5-6 years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
- A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement.
- CCNP or CCDP certification preferred

Relevant work experience in system/network administration, or related IT roles based on the Associate: Prior experience not required
