- Translate business strategy into seller-ready execution through targeted enablement, communications, and change adoption programs.
- Create compelling communications that help sellers understand what is changing, why it matters, and how to take action.
- Accelerate adoption and value realization of sales technologies, including CRM, digital engagement, content platforms, and AI solutions.
- Design and develop scalable learning solutions that strengthen sales capabilities and improve business performance.
- Lead cross-functional enablement initiatives, aligning stakeholders to deliver successful business outcomes.
- Leverage data, feedback, and insights to continuously optimize learning experiences, seller adoption, and program effectiveness.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
