Job Duties
Provides technical support in the research and coordination of projects/ assignments that cross departmental or divisional lines; acts as lead for organizational projects/assignments.
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree/equivalent preferably in Aeronautical, Quantitative, or Business
discipline.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years of related aviation industry experience. Two (2) years of aviation maintenance environment experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of FAA regulations (especially part 121) and FedEx policies and procedures. Knowledge of FedEx information systems, preferably those supporting aircraft maintenance. Understanding of aircraft maintenance functions within Air Operations.

Preferred Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with various team managers and Senior managers. Strong organizational skills are needed to manage documentation, track project progress, and coordinate activities. The ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle is important, working knowledge of SRA (Safety risk assessment) is helpful. A basic understanding of aircraft maintenance processes and terminology is helpful.
Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: $6,854.33 - $11,309.65 USD Monthly
