What you’ll be working on
We’re looking for a commercially driven Account Executive who thrives on opening new doors, winning new business, and building long-term customer value.
This isn’t a traditional “maintain and manage” sales role — it’s a true business development opportunity where your success is measured by the markets you grow, the customers you acquire, and the revenue you create.
- Drive growth by winning new business, reactivating accounts, and closing opportunities
- Identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects
- Create tailored logistics and supply chain solutions for customers
- Manage the full business development lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- Grow revenue through upselling, cross-sell, and retention strategies
- Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities
What You Bring
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development (2+ years preferred)
- A strong track record of winning new business and closing deals
- Confidence in negotiation, influencing, and relationship building
- Ability to translate customer needs into commercial solutions
- High levels of resilience, drive, and accountability
- Strong communication and presentation skills
