We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and ambitious professional to join our commercial team as an Account Executive for the Slovak market, working closely with companies active in international trade.
The ideal candidate thrives on challenges, performs well in a fast-paced environment under sales pressure, brings a natural curiosity, and is motivated to continuously learn and grow within modern sales, logistics, and international commerce.

What you will be doing:
Applying structured sales techniques to develop business opportunities with prospective and existing customers
Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients and developing long-term partnerships
Managing the full customer acquisition cycle – from prospecting and sales to onboarding and implementation of FedEx solutions
Proactively analysing customer needs and designing suitable logistics and supply chain solutions
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships while continuously developing cooperation and business growth
Working with customers to enhance their understanding and use of FedEx services
Collaborating closely with internal FedEx teams to ensure delivery of the FedEx Purple Promise to our customers
Coordinating and collaborating with other teams across FedEx to deliver a seamless and outstanding customer experience
About the role
In this role you will work with a portfolio of internationally active companies across industries such as manufacturing, technology and e-commerce.
You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing strategic customer relationships with companies shipping across Europe and globally.
The role combines business development, strategic account management and solution design, giving you the opportunity to influence how companies build and optimise their international supply chains using FedEx global capabilities.
You will work with customers whose international logistics spend ranges from tens of thousands to several hundred thousand euros annually, creating real impact for their global operations.

The final base salary offered will depend on the candidate's experience.
