Role Overview

Work location: Warsaw (Hybrid), Krakow (Hybrid)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the Cash Management & Cash on Delivery (COD) team within the FedEx Business(CBS).

This role is a great opportunity for someone who would like to start or develop a career in finance operations within a global organization. We are looking for a candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, good analytical skills and an interest in working with data and processes. The successful candidate will support Cash Management and COD activities, work with financial and operational data, investigate exceptions and collaborate with colleagues across different countries. Full training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily Cash Management and COD operational activities.

• Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and outstanding items.

• Work with financial and operational data to support day-to-day activities.

• Support balance sheet reconciliations and cash-related controls.

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow operational procedures.

• Cooperate with internal stakeholders, finance teams and external partners across different countries.

• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned activities in line with service level expectations.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For

• Strong English, Hebrew or Italian would be an asset.

• Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

• Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Interest in finance, accounting or business operations.

• Previous experience in finance, accounting or operations is an advantage, but not required.

• Recent graduates and candidates looking to start their career in finance are encouraged to apply.
