What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with various FedEx teams to ensure every customer interaction is outstanding
- Supporting the Clearance Team with technical and administrative tasks for brokers and management
- Maintaining team information, including SharePoint administration
- Coordinating onboarding for new employees
- Preparing presentations and other materials to support team communications
- Administering and auditing invoices
- Ensuring system access requirements are met and maintained
- Organizing and coordinating team‑building activities
- Managing equipment requests and distribution for your team
- Handling additional technical and administrative support tasks as needed
What You Bring
- Proven administrative experience in a busy office setting
- Familiarity with customs‑related principles, processes, and regulatory requirements (a plus)
- A strong customer‑focus and excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to make sound numerical decisions under tight deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel and PowerPoint
