Administrative Assistant
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide administrative support to Managers and/or Senior Managers. The Administrative Assistant works closely with management staff to maintain a current understanding of business trends, goals, metrics, and policies.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support all administrative duties for Manager/Senior Manager under general direction.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Design and maintain databases.
- Schedule and coordinate on-site and off-site meetings.
- Assist with meeting presentations, including PowerPoint and other materials.
- Handle confidential and proprietary materials.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; follow through on issues in a timely manner.
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
- Conduct research, collect and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Perform other projects as assigned.
Education / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, with 0--2 years of relevant experience.
- In lieu of degree, high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with database entry, report generation, and data compilation.
- Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.
