We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Advisor, AI Product Security & MLOps. As the Advisor for AI Product Security & MLOps, you will serve as the team's senior technical authority, responsible for designing the architecture that embeds security into the AI / MLOps lifecycle. This role requires deep subject matter expertise to guide the team in building automated, resilient, and secure architectural patterns that enable development teams to build and deploy AI products safely.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the lead architect for Secure MLOps Integration, designing robust systems to integrate security tools like scanners and firewalls into developer CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide expert guidance on defining and documenting Secure AI Patterns, creating "Secure by Design" architectural blueprints for all AI development.
• Spearhead the strategy for Model Monitoring & Logging, designing the framework for monitoring production AI models and ensuring security event logs are effectively used by the SOC.
• Lead Developer Support initiatives, acting as a primary security consultant and mentor for teams building business-facing AI products.
• Mentor Senior and Analyst-level engineers, elevating the team's overall proficiency in application security, MLOps, and secure coding.

What do you bring with you:

• Extensive experience in application security, DevSecOps, or as a senior software engineer with a passion for security.
• Proven experience in senior technical roles with a track record of architecting and building security solutions for development teams.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and security automation principles.
• Expertise in defining security requirements and creating secure design patterns.
• Familiarity with the AI/ML development lifecycle and tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Github, Artifact Registry).
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate development needs and security risks into actionable architectural patterns.
• Desirable: Professional certifications such as CISSP, CSSLP, or Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer.
