POSITION OVERVIEW:
Lead the development and evaluation of strategic objectives, formulation of strategic direction, and influences/supports decision making based on assessment of business trends and data analytics.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.    Serve as strategic partner to leadership offering insights into market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities
2.    Plans, organizes, and develops analyses / assessments grounded in deep understanding of business trends, stakeholder groups, and/or change impacts.
3.    Develops and implements business analyses, manages business case development, risk assessments, change management planning, and/or other project work.
4.    Develops strategic frameworks and manages processes to build business scenarios.
5.    Lead collaborative discussions with peers across the enterprise on identifying and aligning priorities and contributes clear fact-based recommendations.
6.    Facilitate cross-functional meetings and provide insight/guidance, identified priorities and provide clear fact based recommendations as well as actionable insights to leadership teams on recommended course of action.
7.    Translate complex data and strategic concepts into clear, compelling presentations for executive audience
8.    Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure impact and agility.
9.    Mentors less senior team members. 
10.    Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
11.    Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in a business, communications, marketing, accounting, finance, information systems or other related business fields.

Minimum Requirements

  • Five (5) years related work experience in functions focused on strategy development, competitive, customer, or industry analysis, change management, communications, training, and/or support of corporate development/strategic value assessment activities.
  • Directly related advanced degrees may offset experience requirements.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated business acumen and experience of supporting strategic assessments that are transformational in nature including understanding the impact of technological trends on business.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills including quantitative business problem solving.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic outcomes.
  • Expertise in strategic frameworks (e.g., Scenario Planning).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional strategic initiatives from inception to execution.
  • Advanced knowledge with MS Office (or similar) products for use in presentations and data analysis.
  • Strong human relations skills.
