POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide personal protection services for the CEO and family and other designated employees in accordance with the executive protection program.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide personal protection services for the CEO and family and other designated employees in accordance with the executive protection program
2. Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality
3. Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
4. Remain situationally aware
5. Provide investigative and other security services as required
6. Coordinate with local law enforcement as needed
7. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
8. Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience plus five (5) years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience, including experience in executive protection
• Ability to direct investigations
• Successful completion of all required and recurrent training programs
• Must be eligible for and maintain commission through the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office and meet all minimum state requirements for licensure as a Commissioned Security Officer through the applicable State Police and/or county regulatory authority
• Excellent investigative and communication skills.
• Strong human relation skills, required
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
