Advisor- Marketing Analytics
Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provide data analysis and insights to drive marketing strategy and campaign optimization across all channels.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creates and maintains comprehensive marketing performance dashboards and reporting systems for stakeholder insights.
2. Provides expertise in campaign performance analysis across all marketing channels for optimization recommendations.
3. Maintains responsibility for marketing attribution and ROI measurement methodology development and implementation.
4. Establishes statistical analysis and predictive modeling capabilities to inform strategic marketing decisions.
5. Implements actionable insights and recommendation development for marketing team performance improvement.
6. Drives data integration and reporting automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.
7. Supports advanced analytics and machine learning model development for marketing optimization.
8. Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
9. Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years Marketing Analytics or Data Analysis experience
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
- Strong SQL and Excel skills
- Statistical analysis and data modeling experience
- Strong communication and data storytelling abilities
