POSITION OVERVIEW:
.Under minimal supervision, provides assistance and leadership in the administration of the corporation’s qualified and non-qualified retirement plans
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as liaison between HR information technology, business users, and vendors.
Provide process support, reporting and analysis, including recommendations for systems/process improvement. Monitors, analyzes, and tests updates to systems and data interfaces that support plan activities and reporting to ensure data integrity.
Performs research of programming and/or data issues that impact plan administration activities.
Complies with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, information systems, or related field preferred.
- 5 years experience administering retirement plans and working with recordkeepers or third-party administrators.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets; advanced Excel skills required. Experience with SQL and/or Alteryx preferred.
- Familiarity with data integration, file formats, and data validation best practices.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical issues into clear business recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; experience managing vendors and cross-functional projects.

Additional Details: This position will be domiciled at a FedEx Freight location in Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a FedEx Freight location several times per week.
