General Summary
This job is responsible for building the sales onboarding, training, and enablement foundation for our growing commercial organization. This role is intentionally designed for a builder who wants to put their stamp on how sales is trained, enabled, and executed across the business.
You will partner closely with the Managing Director to design and operationalize how our teams are onboarded, coached, and equipped to sell effectively across the full sales lifecycle. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role with ownership to shape programs, frameworks, and standards from the ground up.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build and scale the sales enablement foundation, including onboarding, ongoing training, and continuous development programs for BDR and BDE teams
- Deliver hands-on training, workshops, and coaching, partnering with frontline leaders to reinforce learning through deal reviews, call coaching, and real-time feedback
- Develop and evolve sales messaging, talk tracks, and discovery frameworks aligned to personas, account-based strategies, and market needs
- Enable and refine outbound strategy, equipping teams to execute multi-channel, multi-threaded outreach and improving based on performance data
- Lead adoption of sales tools and technology, partnering with Sales Operations to drive best practices, usage, and sustained behavior change
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, bridging strategy and execution while incorporating frontline feedback to continuously improve enablement efforts
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of related and relevant experience
- 6 years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or sales training, with a focus on BDR and/or BDE organizations
- Proven experience building and delivering onboarding, ongoing training, and development programs
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, account-based strategies, and pipeline generation
- Experience coaching sales teams and partnering with frontline leaders to drive performance
- Familiarity with modern sales tools including CRM, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence platforms
- Strong communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
- Ability to effectively navigate a complex organization, demonstrating ownership, urgency, and strong follow-through
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience supporting or enabling mid-market and enterprise sales teams
- Experience building or scaling sales enablement programs in a high-growth or evolving organization
- Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying processes
- Experience leveraging data and analytics to measure enablement impact and drive improvements
- Experience implementing and driving adoption of sales tools and technologies
- Background in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain solutions is a plus

- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse audiences
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable training and playbooks
- Strong coaching skills with a focus on reinforcing behaviors and driving performance improvement
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and adjust enablement strategies
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, and Operations
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams
- Experience driving sales tool implementation, adoption, and ongoing usage across teams
- High level of ownership with a focus on execution and follow-through
