Air Expedite Team Lead-1
Description
Utilizes FedEx QDM methodologies to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met by supporting management with advanced problem solving, workload distribution, reporting and agent feedback.
Essential Functions
- Analyzes, develops, and implement solutions for service-related issues for internal and external customers.
- Coordinates projects and training initiatives for the workgroup and organization.
- Leverages technical expertise in providing guidance to Air Expedite Team Members.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education
High School/GED diploma required.
Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience:
Five years of FedEx Express Air Expedite experience required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong Office 365 skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Skilled at managing multiple systems and priorities in fast-paced settings. Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred; customs/brokerage a plus. Excellent communication, customer service focus, attention to detail, organization, and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
Pay Transparency:
Pay: Pay Grade (SH27). Position not eligible for sponsorship.
Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Memphis, TN.
