AP Representative
Description
Accounts Payable Representative supports the company by account reconciliation. AP Representative contribute to the financial operations of the foreign offices and clients operating by checking invoices and preparing transfers.
Tasks:
- Checking incoming invoices and preparing them for transfer
- Administration of the invoices
- Sending transfer related documents to suppliers
- Account reconciliation
- Handling internal and external queries
- All other activities that contribute to the timely completion of invoices
Requirements:
- High school education
- Knowledge of the main finance procedures
- Conversational level of English language
- Strong customer service skills
- Collaboration skills
- Precision in work
