Minimum Education

• High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum Experience

• Eighteen (18) months experience as an Ops Manager at FedEx FedEx required; OR
• Two (2) years required previous management experience, operational leadership, military leadership, or project/team leader experience; OR
• A combination of one (1) year as an Ops Manager at FedEx FedEx and (1) year previous management, operational leadership, project or team leader or military experience.

• Ability to maintain a working knowledge of relevant technology-based projects, including various devices and computer-based applications.
