La personne aide le directeur principal ou la directrice principale à orienter les gestionnaires du personnel dans l'exploitation et la maintenance efficaces tout en veillant à ce que l'installation fonctionne de manière à optimiser les mesures de sûreté, de sécurité et de qualité, la productivité et les attentes en matière de service. Elle doit soutenir la culture de sécurité avant tout de FedEx.
Job Summary:
Assists Sr. Manager in providing direction to the staff managers in the efficient operation and maintenance while ensuring the facility is operating to optimize safety, security, and quality measures, productivity, and service expectations. Supports the FedEx Safety Above All Culture.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES :
- Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle ou l'équivalent
- Quatre (4) ans d’expérience dans le monde des affaires, incluant un (1) an d’expérience en gestion directe d’employés, en évaluation de leur rendement et en leadership opérationnel.
- Cette année d’expérience en gestion directe et en évaluation du rendement doit avoir été acquise au cours des quatre (4) dernières années.
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Bachelor's degree (B.A)/equivalent
Four (4) years Business experience including, one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
The one (1) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.
Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.

Additional Details: L'horaire de ce poste sera principalement de quart de travail de l'après-midi, avec la possibilité de devoir travailler le samedi. The schedule for this position will be primarily the PM shift, with potential requirement to work on Saturdays.
