Description
The Associate Engineer - Cust Svc position entails assisting in various aspects of call center operations, including planning reviews, productivity target revisions, time studies, and workload forecasting.
Essential Functions
Assists in developing call center procedures, workflow processes, work measurements, and facility layouts in accordance with ergonomic standards.
Assists in determining facility requirements for call center operations, such as the number of positions, locations, and size.
Develops procedures and work standards for call center network operations and other departments that handle customer calls.
Developing and executing presentations to executive and senior management
Providing ongoing support in the business planning process, employing planning methodology and other appropriate methods, tools, and processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Education
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.
Minimum Experience
Demonstrated knowledge in engineering, planning, or standards development for operations required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge in engineering, planning or standards development for operations.

Pay Transparency: Internal pay grade E23
Pay: External $4,600.74-$7,361.18
